Felisha is an avid runner and a fitness enthusiast. Felisha created SheRanHerselfFit.com to motivate and be an inspiration to others who are looking to live a more active and healthy life. Felisha has not always loved being physically active. As a teenager and early adult, she struggled with weight. Tipping the scale at 350 lbs., SHE made a decision to live a healthier life and make physical activity a priority. Since then, she has lost over 200 lbs. and has fallen in love with the sport of running. Felisha wants to share her journey and wants to encourage, inspire and motivate the world to JUST KEEP MOVING!
